Traditional system. We repair split, blistered or lifted felt, reseal edges and outlets, and replace sections where the felt has failed. Full felt replacement is still used on smaller or budget jobs.

Systems
What we install and repair
EPDM rubber
A single-sheet rubber membrane with very few joints. It is flexible, UV stable and commonly used on extensions, dormers and garages. We install new EPDM roofs and repair punctures, failed edges and detailing around outlets and upstands.
GRP fibreglass
A seamless resin system. Harder surface, good where light foot traffic is expected. We install and repair GRP where the existing system is sound enough to work on, or where a new GRP roof is the right choice.

Advice
Repair or replace
A localised repair is often enough if the rest of the roof is sound. If the felt is brittle across large areas, the deck is soft, or the roof has been patched several times, a full replacement with EPDM or GRP usually lasts longer and costs less over time.
